Aha Gazelle & Kaden Jordan join XXL’s The Break rap rookie Aklesso on “Outta Time.” Produced by 1kChvCho, HUGO, and KRIIISPY, the rhythmic, high-energy collaborative cut follows the Hatian Hip-Hop artist’s 2025 album Still Lonely.
Exploring the universal feeling that the clock is running out, “Outta Time” dives into the internal battle of being “behind” in life—whether it’s starting a career later than planned, or working tirelessly without seeing the needle move.
Aklesso flips the script on this common fear, offering a perspective that balances the urgency of the moment with a deep-seated trust in a higher timing. It’s a song for the late bloomers, the dreamers in the middle of the grind, and anyone who has ever looked at the calendar with a heavy heart.
Speaking on the importance of this particular release, the Miami native shares: “Time is a commodity we can never get back, how we choose to spend it matters, and the weight of what we do with the time given matters as well.”
